Two to four months ahead is ideal for peak season dates; smaller functions can often be arranged in a few weeks.
Can we mix package tiers across services?
Yes — for example Premium décor with Standard catering. Every quote is assembled to your budget.
Do you offer tastings before we confirm?
Yes, menu tastings are arranged for confirmed catering enquiries above the minimum guest count.
Which cities do you serve?
We operate across our published service area; share your city in the quote form and we will confirm availability.
How is pricing calculated?
Catering is priced per plate, décor and entertainment per event scope. Your quotation lists every inclusion before you commit.
What payment schedule do you follow?
An advance on confirmation and the balance as recorded in your quotation, usually before the event date.
Can you work with a venue we have already booked?
Absolutely — we coordinate with your venue's team on access, timings and setup.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
