Terms &conditions
The terms that apply when you book event services with Celebration 360.
Scope of services
Celebration 360 provides catering, décor, DJ, lighting, live music and banquet hall guidance. Banquet hall booking is a support service — we shortlist and coordinate venues, but the venue contract and final booking decision remain with you.
Quotations and confirmation
Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date issued and are based on the guest count, date, venue and inclusions you share with us. A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received and the scope is agreed in writing.
Payments
A booking advance is payable on confirmation, with the balance due as agreed in your quotation and before the event date unless otherwise recorded in writing. Any additions requested on the event day are billed after the event.
Changes to guest count and scope
Final guest count and menu must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event. Increases after that point are accommodated where possible and charged at the applicable per-plate or per-item rate.
Liability and force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, statutory orders, power failures at the venue, extreme weather or civil disruption. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Venue rules and client responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining venue permissions, sound and timing approvals, and for the conduct of your guests. Damage caused to hired equipment or venue property is chargeable at replacement cost.
