How Celebration 360 collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry or quote request we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, event type, event date, guest count, selected services, budget range and any message you write. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
How we use your information
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, coordinate your event with our service partners and keep you updated about your booking. We never sell your data.
Sharing with partners
For confirmed events we share the minimum details required (guest count, date, venue, menu preferences) with the catering, décor, entertainment and venue partners assigned to your event.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored securely in our managed cloud database with access restricted to authorised Celebration 360 staff accounts. Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months so that we can support repeat bookings, after which they are deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry data, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing or calling the contact details published on this site. We action such requests within seven working days.
